Direct access to own beach. Panoramic sea views. Rated 5-Star by Visit Wales with a 97% quality score.

Waterwynch House sits in its own secluded bay just outside Tenby, in Pembrokeshire. It is an exclusive-use coastal house designed for groups to spend time together: one house, one booking, one remarkable stretch of coastline. Set within 10 acres of private gardens and woodland, and just minutes from Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Most large houses are designed simply to sleep as many people as possible. Waterwynch is designed differently: around how large groups actually spend time together. The result is a house that feels expansive without ever becoming impersonal, with enough shared space for everyone to come together and enough quieter corners for people to retreat when they want to.

Sleeps 30 adults across 12 ensuite bedrooms, with 11 living spaces, 6 sea-facing bedrooms and 4 private balconies, set within 10 acres.

Discover what makes Waterwynch such a rare house for large group stays in the UK.
